What Your Mobile Budget Gets From an AI-Native Vendor vs. a Traditional One

The difference between an AI-native mobile vendor and a traditional one is not which tools they have access to. Every team has access to the same AI tools. The difference is whether AI is integrated into the daily development workflow - code review, test generation, regression testing, release documentation - or sitting unused in a tool subscription.
For a buyer evaluating mobile vendors, that difference shows up in three places: how many features ship in a given budget period, how many defects escape to production, and how predictably the team delivers against its commitments. The outputs are measurable. The underlying cause - workflow maturity - is the variable that explains them.
